三星商城退換貨運(yùn)費(fèi)相關(guān)說明:（執(zhí)行日期：2024年7月1日0點(diǎn)后付款的訂單）

1.因性能故障造成退換貨（以售后網(wǎng)點(diǎn)鑒定單為準(zhǔn)）的，免收運(yùn)費(fèi)。

2.自產(chǎn)品正常出庫后，非因性能故障原因（7天無理由退貨、拒簽、無法配送等）造成退貨/退款的，用戶需承擔(dān)退貨產(chǎn)生的雙向配送費(fèi)用，具體收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

-智能手機(jī)、智能平板、手表/耳機(jī)、智能手機(jī)配件、智能平板配件、智能耳機(jī)配件、智能手表配件、存儲(chǔ)類、智能投影儀等小件產(chǎn)品，配送費(fèi)用：40元/臺(tái)；

-音響、電視配件（電視配件及投影儀配件）、顯示器，配送費(fèi)：用戶實(shí)付金額的 5%；

-電視類產(chǎn)品、冰箱、洗衣機(jī)、烘干機(jī)、衣物護(hù)理機(jī)、空調(diào)等生活家電類產(chǎn)品，配送費(fèi)：用戶實(shí)付金額的 5%；

*由于98英寸電視商品的特殊性，七天無理由退貨所產(chǎn)生的物流費(fèi)3000元自產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨起由購買者承擔(dān)，從退款中直接扣除。安裝后不支持七天無理由退貨。

3.因性能故障造成退換貨的，智能手機(jī)、智能平板、手表/耳機(jī)、智能手機(jī)配件、智能平板配件、智能耳機(jī)配件、智能手表配件、智能投影儀、投影儀配件，音響、電視配件、顯示器和存儲(chǔ)產(chǎn)品，系統(tǒng)申請后將由順豐快遞聯(lián)系并安排上門取件，配送費(fèi)由三星商城承擔(dān)；電視類產(chǎn)品以及冰箱、洗衣機(jī)、烘干機(jī)、衣物護(hù)理機(jī)、空調(diào)等生活家電類產(chǎn)品需要聯(lián)系三星售后上門檢測，開具產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢查報(bào)告并聯(lián)系客服處理，務(wù)必保留外包裝箱和泡沫不少于30天。

4.非因性能故障原因（7天無理由退貨、拒簽、無法配送等）造成退貨/退款的，音響、電視配件、顯示器、電視類產(chǎn)品，三星將從用戶實(shí)付金額中直接扣除退貨運(yùn)費(fèi)（用戶實(shí)付金額的5%）后將余款原路退給用戶；冰箱、洗衣機(jī)、烘干機(jī)、衣物護(hù)理機(jī)、空調(diào)等生活家電類產(chǎn)品，三星將從用戶實(shí)付金額中直接扣除退貨運(yùn)費(fèi)（用戶實(shí)付金額的5%）后將余款原路退給用戶 。退貨時(shí)需原包裝完好，配件齊全，產(chǎn)品無故障，電視未安裝，冰箱未拆過門，洗衣機(jī)未過水使用，空調(diào)未安裝且商品內(nèi)配件包裝不能拆封，外觀完好，不影響商家二次銷售。
