-電視類產(chǎn)品、冰箱、洗衣機、烘干機、衣物護(hù)理機、空調(diào)等生活家電類產(chǎn)品，配送費：用戶實付金額的 5%；

*由于98英寸電視商品的特殊性，七天無理由退貨所產(chǎn)生的物流費3000元自產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨起由購買者承擔(dān)，從退款中直接扣除。安裝后不支持七天無理由退貨。

3.因性能故障造成退換貨的，智能手機、智能平板、手表/耳機、智能手機配件、智能平板配件、智能耳機配件、智能手表配件、智能投影儀、投影儀配件，音響、電視配件、顯示器和存儲產(chǎn)品，系統(tǒng)申請后將由順豐快遞聯(lián)系并安排上門取件，配送費由三星商城承擔(dān)；電視類產(chǎn)品以及冰箱、洗衣機、烘干機、衣物護(hù)理機、空調(diào)等生活家電類產(chǎn)品需要聯(lián)系三星售后上門檢測，開具產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢查報告并聯(lián)系客服處理，務(wù)必保留外包裝箱和泡沫不少于30天。

4.非因性能故障原因（7天無理由退貨、拒簽、無法配送等）造成退貨/退款的，音響、電視配件、顯示器、電視類產(chǎn)品，三星將從用戶實付金額中直接扣除退貨運費（用戶實付金額的5%）后將余款原路退給用戶；冰箱、洗衣機、烘干機、衣物護(hù)理機、空調(diào)等生活家電類產(chǎn)品，三星將從用戶實付金額中直接扣除退貨運費（用戶實付金額的5%）后將余款原路退給用戶 。退貨時需原包裝完好，配件齊全，產(chǎn)品無故障，電視未安裝，冰箱未拆過門，洗衣機未過水使用，空調(diào)未安裝且商品內(nèi)配件包裝不能拆封，外觀完好，不影響商家二次銷售。
