-智能手機、智能平板、手表/耳機、智能手機配件、智能平板配件、智能耳機配件、智能手表配件、存儲類、智能投影儀等小件產品，配送費用：40元/臺；

-音響、電視配件（電視配件及投影儀配件）、顯示器，配送費：用戶實付金額的 5%；

-電視類產品、冰箱、洗衣機、烘干機、衣物護理機、空調等生活家電類產品，配送費：用戶實付金額的 5%；

*由于98英寸電視商品的特殊性，七天無理由退貨所產生的物流費3000元自產品發貨起由購買者承擔，從退款中直接扣除。安裝后不支持七天無理由退貨。

3.因性能故障造成退換貨的，智能手機、智能平板、手表/耳機、智能手機配件、智能平板配件、智能耳機配件、智能手表配件、智能投影儀、投影儀配件，音響、電視配件、顯示器和存儲產品，系統申請后將由順豐快遞聯系并安排上門取件，配送費由三星商城承擔；電視類產品以及冰箱、洗衣機、烘干機、衣物護理機、空調等生活家電類產品需要聯系三星售后上門檢測，開具產品質量檢查報告并聯系客服處理，務必保留外包裝箱和泡沫不少于30天。

4.非因性能故障原因（7天無理由退貨、拒簽、無法配送等）造成退貨/退款的，音響、電視配件、顯示器、電視類產品，三星將從用戶實付金額中直接扣除退貨運費（用戶實付金額的5%）后將余款原路退給用戶；冰箱、洗衣機、烘干機、衣物護理機、空調等生活家電類產品，三星將從用戶實付金額中直接扣除退貨運費（用戶實付金額的5%）后將余款原路退給用戶 。退貨時需原包裝完好，配件齊全，產品無故障，電視未安裝，冰箱未拆過門，洗衣機未過水使用，空調未安裝且商品內配件包裝不能拆封，外觀完好，不影響商家二次銷售。
